Note: no extra linen is provided to charters over one week in duration
Our boats are equipped with autopilot, GPS and /or, external chart plotter, shore power 220v, bimini top, sprayhood, electric winch, dinghy with outboard engine and cockpit cushions Air condition, Generator, Inverter, Watermaker, Solar Panels, electric toilets, echo sounder,speedmeter, wind-indicator,warm water

Fuel, O/B gasoline, water, provisioning, transfers.

End Cleaning: 320 Euro To be added to the above rates as per charter cleaning fee to be paid in cash in the Marina. (included outboard motor and Gasoline, Gas bottles, Bed sheets, towels, Mooring fees for the first and last day at the Check in/out at marina/port incl. electricity and water).
Security Deposit: Amount of 3500 Euro to be paid at the base upon embarkation by cash or credit card (Visa or Master card only). .Upon disembarkation and inspection of the yacht by AELIA Yachting the amount of the deposit is returned to the client (unblocked from credit card in case of use of card). The amount of the deposit specifies the amount that the client is liable for damages upon the yacht.
Damage Waiver: The client is required to provide upon embarkation, the amount of 500 Euro which is non – refundable plus the amount of €500 which is refundable upon disembarkation. This can be provided either in cash or via a valid credit card (accepts VISA and Mastercard). Upon disembarkation and inspection of the yacht by AELIA YACHTING the amount of the refundable deposit is returned to the client (unblocked from credit card in case of use of card). In this instance, the client pays the non-refundable waiver so that the amount of the liability in case of damage lowers to only €500.

FAIR USE OF GENERATOR
Generator use (for Lagoon 450F / Lagoon 42) €10 per extra hour of use (8 hours free per day)
Crew Change during the charter (the skipper does not charge) 150 €, price includes: Port Authorities formalities, linen/towels and marina fees, plus End cleaning as per our Price List

Skipper: 190 € / day, plus food provisions
Cook/Hostess: 180 € / day , plus food provisions
It is at the guests’ discretion whether they wish the crew to join them ashore for meals. Provisions must be aboard for the crew, otherwise an allowance of up to 30€/day/crew shall be respected.
Crew gratuities are not included in the rate.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Booking cancelled, 60 days before embarkation, 5% of the total charter fee
Booking cancelled 59 to 31 days before embarkation, 30% of the total charter fee
Booking cancelled less than 30 days before embarkation, 100% of the total charter fee
Upgrades, subject to cancellation policy.
* If due to COVID – 19 there are travel restrictions or disruptions at the time of the sailing holiday a re-booking voucher will be issued for sailing at a later date
SAILING LICENSE REQUIREMENT
In Greece when chartering a bareboat yacht, according to the port authorities’ requests, the client must provide original sailing certificate/license, (in English language or officially translated).
Certificates for motor yachts, day-skipper or sailing on day-light only, weather limitations are not accepted from the Port Authorities.
INSURANCE
All boats are insured according to the Greek law, against risks arising from liability to third parties and damage to the hull, machinery and equipment in
excess of the Refundable or the Non Refundable deposit.
PAYMENTS
A 30% deposit of the charter fee is required, upon reservation to confirm booking
Balance payment due 70% is required 30 days before embarkation.
Charter Prices include local taxes and VAT (these are subject to change without prior notice or responsibility on the Broker, the Stakeholder or the Owner. Should any changes in applicable tax legislation take place after booking, that result in change of total amount(s) due, then the difference will be credited or debited accordingly to the Charterer)
